All orders are sent with NZ Post is given a tracking number. All orders received before 3.45pm on working days (Monday to Friday) will be packed and shipped on the same day. This means your order will leave our warehouse on the same day you complete the payment. Courier Delivery Time:1-3 Days Courier delivery times will vary based on your location.
In general orders received before 10.00am weekdays can be delivered SAME DAY within Auckland and Hamilton, with 1-2 day delivery throughout the rest of the North Island.
3-4 days shipping to the South Island. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries. We can not deliver to a PO Box address, please provide a physical delivery address instead.

Non Signature Deliveries To ensure super fast delivery we use a non-signature required service for all deliveries. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to be home to receive the package.
Couriers are instructed to leave the package if there is a safe location to do so. You can also give Authority To Leave (ATL) the package at your property, i.e. front door, back door, letter box. However be aware that if the package goes missing or is damaged, the courier driver is not responsible, and we will be unable to claim on your behalf. We cannot take responsibility for incorrectly/incomplete addresses, please carefully check your delivery details before finalizing your order
Courier Damage:Due to of the nature of our business and our reliance on the care and professionalism of courier companies to deliver your purchase to your door you must always inspect your package prior to opening. If the Any gym accessories or Clothing is damaged, contact FITNESSFOX immediately. This is to protect you, as every package is insured and helps us to resolve any disputes with the courier company quickly.

Please remember, after an item has been shipped, it can take 2-4 hours for the first scan to show up on the courier website. If your order has not been delivered, use the tracking details in your email to check the location. If you require more information please call the courier company directly. Speaking directly with the courier company will ensure your receive your order as quickly as possible.
Please keep in mind, these delivery times are promised by the courier companies that we use, but sometimes there can be delays in your parcel reaching you. Remember to allow a little extra time for your order to arrive to you after a Public Holiday or if you are in a rural location.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order received, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, It must also be in the original packaging.
Sometimes for various reasons that are out of our control you may receive goods that are damaged or faulty.
In the event of this happening, send us a message with a photo and brief description with what the issue maybe. Hold on to the goods until we can identity and rectify any issues as in most circumstances the manufacturer will require the faulty goods returned.
All goods are guaranteed 100%. If you receive the incorrect Gym Accessories or Gym clothing, please do not open it. We will need to get it back to exchange it. If you open the product, you will not be eligible for a refund. To complete your return, We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you change your mind about a purchase, simply return the goods to us via courier in original unopened condition within 30 days of delivery. As of 4-2-2021, a refund will be processed minus a $9.99 restocking fee (excluding size exchanges of wearable items). If you wish to change the product, you will need to place a new order.
Any items that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds .Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved ,then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to or credit card or original method of payment ,within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund ,the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Products bought in sale and not able to be returned.
